Scaling Peaks for All Children with Diverse Disabilities — a climb of Mt. Kenya from 22–26 October 2026

Every child deserves the opportunity to be seen, included, celebrated and supported — regardless of ability.

This October, the Eastern Africa Academy of Childhood Disability (EAACD), together with Outdoorer, is taking that message to new heights with Scaling Peaks for All Children with Diverse Disabilities — a climb of Mt. Kenya from 22–26 October 2026.

This is more than a mountain challenge. It is a journey of solidarity: celebrating difference, raising awareness and mobilising support for children with diverse disabilities and the families and communities around them.

You don’t have to climb the mountain to be part of the movement. On 25 October, supporters can join through a Day Hike or Drive, make a donation, share the campaign, or simply help amplify the voices of children whose potential should never be limited by disability.

Climb with us. Walk with us. Drive with us. Stand with us.
